Clinical & Reflective Supervision
For counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, holistic practitioners and other helping professionals.
Supervision is far more than a professional requirement. It offers a reflective and collaborative space where practitioners can pause, think deeply about their work, and continue to grow, both personally and professionally. It is a growing and much-valued part of my work.
I work with trainees, qualified therapists, counsellors, coaches and holistic practitioners from a range of backgrounds and modalities, offering both individual and group supervision. Whether you are newly qualified and finding your feet, or more experienced and wishing to refine and deepen your work, supervision is an opportunity to explore your client work, navigate challenges, and develop greater confidence in your clinical decision-making. It is also a space to reflect on the impact of the work, attend to your own wellbeing, and reconnect with the values that underpin your practice.
With over twenty years' experience in the helping professions, I offer supervision grounded in curiosity, collaboration and respect. As an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist, I draw on a broad range of therapeutic perspectives while remaining responsive to your individual way of working. I believe supervision should be both supportive and appropriately challenging, a space where you feel safe enough to bring your uncertainties, dilemmas and vulnerabilities, while being encouraged to deepen your awareness, expand your thinking and grow in confidence.
I bring the same integrative, holistic and psycho-spiritual approach to supervision as I do to my therapeutic work. Alongside attending to clinical practice, ethics and professional development, there is room to reflect on your own responses and stay connected to why you began. I remain interested in the wider dimensions of the work, the relational, embodied and transpersonal aspects of the therapeutic encounter. For those who are open to it, supervision can become a space to explore questions of meaning, purpose and growth as they arise within professional practice.
Areas supervision may support:

Clinical case discussion and ethical dilemmas
-
Reflective practice and therapeutic confidence
-
Working with trauma, relationship dynamics and transference
-

-
Spiritual and transpersonal themes
-
Professional development, and supporting trainees and newly qualified practitioners
