Reiki Healing

In today's busy and demanding world, many people find themselves feeling overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from themselves. Reiki offers a gentle and nurturing space to slow down, rest deeply and reconnect with your natural capacity for healing and balance.

Whether you are experiencing stress, emotional difficulties, fatigue, life transitions or simply a desire for greater wellbeing, Reiki can support relaxation, self-awareness and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.

I offer Reiki as a standalone treatment or alongside counselling and psychotherapy, where it can complement and deepen the therapeutic process.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that is used throughout the world to support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The word Reiki is often translated as "universal life energy". Practitioners work with this subtle life force energy to help restore balance and encourage the body's natural healing processes.

Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming and restorative. Sessions often bring a sense of relaxation, spaciousness and inner peace, allowing the nervous system an opportunity to settle and rebalance.

My Approach

My approach to Reiki is grounded in compassion, presence and respect for each individual's unique journey.

Alongside my work as an integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist, I have a long-standing interest in healing, meditation and the relationship between psychological, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. I view healing as a holistic process that involves the whole person — mind, body, heart and spirit.

For some people, Reiki simply provides a much-needed opportunity to relax and recharge. For others, it can support deeper personal growth, self-discovery and a greater connection with their essential self.

Is Reiki Right for Me?

People seek Reiki for many different reasons, including:

• Stress and overwhelm
• Anxiety and emotional tension
• Fatigue and burnout
• Life transitions and change
• Support during difficult periods
• Personal and spiritual development
• A desire for greater balance and wellbeing

Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. However, it can be a safe and supportive complementary therapy that works alongside conventional healthcare and other therapeutic approaches.

Taking the First Step

If you are curious about Reiki or would like to explore whether it may be supportive for you, I would be happy to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Please feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
